BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE! After owning many cars from different manufacturers, Spartanburg Honda Service was BY FAR the BEST I've ever experienced. From meeting Michael, my Service Advisor, to my technician Jeremiah, I felt like a life-long customer, which I certainly am now! Michael was friendly, professional, and cared about my experience. Jeremiah sent a personalized video of my maintenance ensuring I was satisfied with the work. Honda is a top manufacturer, and along with Spartanburg Honda Service, our family vehicle is in FANTASTIC hands. Thanks fellas!

Got an oil change the other day. Everybody was very nice during the process. I have a lifetime warranty on my motor and transmission. As a result, I get free oil changes at another dealership. The service manager took the time to verify it. I typically have to pay $20 dollars for the portion that is not covered; however, he was nice enough to waive the remaining balance. In sum, I would recommend to go see them anytime you need service on your Honda.

Have never actually spoken to anyone on the phone still in the service department. Scheduled an appt and asked for a return call and still never got one. Drove up there to speak to someone in order to actually talk to someone. Now that my car is up there guess what…still can’t get ahold of someone. This is a joke

I've purchased and had my vehicles serviced at Vic Bailey Honda for several years now. They always do a great job with routine services and any warranty or recall work. the staff is very friendly. waiting area could be more comfortable its right in a busy walkway near bathrooms and seating needs updating but overall not terrible. only reason i did not give 5 stars is due to the fact that services always take forever. oil change tire rotation and multi point inspection with an appoinment you can expect to wait at minimum an hour usually closer to an hr and a half.
