I can’t say enough good things about this place! The service was truly incredible — you just don’t find this kind of care and commitment anymore. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make everything easy for me. They picked up my vehicle, handled all the communication with my insurance (even when the damage was more than expected — twice!), and kept me updated every step of the way. After the first repair, a few more issues showed up, and they didn’t hesitate for a second to make it right. They contacted insurance again, got the extra work approved, and once more picked up and delivered my car right to my workplace when everything was done — it looked perfect. Specter Dent Repair did a great job and were fast as well. My little jeep was hit in Midwest City (she wanted to turn left from the right lane). Took out front left quarter panel, bumper, lights, etc. Spectre dealt with their insurance company smoothly with little effort from me, they got funding, repaired my car back to original, and detailed. They kept in touch and coordinated everything. Done in less than 2 weeks. And my car is back to the way it was. Super happy.

Brady is amazing! He handled all the insurance adjustments and made the process seamless! He was flexible with his schedule and ensured I got on the books in a timely manner. I've gone to him twice now; once for a door ding and another for hail damage. Living in Oklahoma, I'll be going back to see him again for all my future PDR needs.

10/10 experience at Spectre! My husband found this business through word of mouth and after hearing such rave reviews we decided to give them a shot at removing this wrap that was put on my car by the previous owner and it was starting to come off and chip! They were able to get my car in the week after the consultation and had it done within 3 hours of the appt! Quick and effective! The team seems great. Colton was personable and knowledgeable about removing the wrap! It looks like a completely different car and I love how sleek the look is!
