Speed Auto Repair is always welcoming and honest. I never feel talked down to or taken advantage of, which means a lot as a woman walking into a repair shop. They explain everything clearly, treat me with respect, and their pricing is very fair. I trust them completely with my car and appreciate the level of service they provide.

Service was great and very helpful showed was was needed in future repairs and upfront costs, very courteous, clean and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend. I got the full synthetic oil change at a great price.

We took my wife's 2019 Mini with 100K miles on it to Speed Auto Repair as the check engine light was on. They gave us a very comprehensive and reasonably priced estimate. Not sure if we'll have the car repaired, or trade it in. We will certainly be using them in the future!!

Highly recommend. Stopped in for a scheduled oil change as a new customer . Super clean inside and out. The staff were very friendly. Even on a simple oil change I was given the most detailed and easy to understand diagnostic reports i have ever gotten including photos and videos of the issues i have with my car. When it was time to pay he didn't do the pushy sales pitch trying to immediately schedule repairs, he simply said this is your report and when/if you wana do them this is the cost .

Very Disappointing Experience with Speed Auto Repair Jasper My husband visited Speed Auto Repair Jasper yesterday for a tire replacement on his Nissan, and the experience was extremely disappointing. He had a scheduled appointment at 1:00 PM, so this was not a walk-in visit. Despite that, he spent over an hour at the shop and was largely ignored. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the shop did not appear busy at all. There were no vehicles being actively serviced, and at least two service bays were clearly available. Instead of assisting customers, employees seemed engaged in loud conversations, laughing, and socializing while my husband waited without any meaningful attention.
