I had the winterize service but then on the morning of the service—my battery was dead! I called and they offered suggestions on companies to get my car jumped and towed if needed. And then provided an earlier service and a new battery at a reasonable price in a reasonable time. They were honest about what was needed and what was not on my vehicle, and I appreciated the friendly and supportive service.

I came in because I was under a time crunch and had to have my car serviced and my dealer didn’t have any appointments. I had a diagnostic performed on my car, which was totally fine, but I was not quoted a price for this before they did it. Most auto repair stores do this for free as it’s just a machine that tells you what the issue is in a matter of seconds but they charged me over $200 for this. They then didn’t have a rental car available so I had to Uber back and forth which was an extra fee, and then Nick proceeded to tell me that they needed to express order a part to fix the issue and ordered the part before I even gave clear consent. I simply asked to confirm pricing over the phone and I got to the store and asked for the code from the machine so I could take it back to my dealer

I had such an amazing experience today with Danny Dunn at Speed Auto Repair. I called him that morning, went to the shop, got my car fixed with NO HASSLE in less than 30 minutes. I’m new too the area and can not wait to go back for regular maintenance. He was nice, respectful, and got me in and out so fast. I’m a female Uber driver and I deal with mechanics all of the time. I’m hassled all of the time. To find a good mechanic that isn’t just trying to take my money and over charge me is extremely hard to find. I can not recommend this shop enough. Knowledgeable staff. Clear communication. Fair pricing. They really went above and beyond finding that a major repair was actually part of a recall we weren't aware of. The dealer has accepted the responsibility. Really appreciate their attention to detail. I was ready to write the car off, but it will live a little longer. I'll admit that I became a little impatient with them on some of the phone calls, but they were patient and handled me professionally.

First off, the people working here are all very helpful and friendly. My recent tire experience occurred due to a nail in the tire of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I needed a quick repair and they were able to remove the nail and plug it. I was in need of new tires so I requested a quote. They were able to order the tires quickly and I returned the following week for the service. They offered the option of waiting at the shop, an uber home or even a loaner car for the day if needed. Since it was only going to be a few hours I took the uber home but it was nice to know if I really needed a car for the day they would provide that. They were fair with pricing and exceeded my expectation on customer service and quality work performance. I highly recommend this group for any service as they do a grea
