Horrible! I had a reservation for an auto transport trailer and no one was there. No one answered the phone for the business. Multiple people came to get a uhaul truck and left after a while. One family that also had a reservation had gotten dropped off so they were stuck. Uhaul finally tracked down someone that initially said the guy just left. Wasn't true, by then I had already been there 30 min. I saw at least 3 different groups leave, also 1 person dropped off a trailer, gave up and just left it. After waiting another 30 min, the guy that said the other guy would be there in 5 min called back. He then checked me out by phone, but made me keep uploading images bc it wasn't working on his end. I hope the family that got dropped off was eventually helped. It was hot. I was there almost

Terrible experience! I put a large amount down on a burgundy Honda Element that I fell in love with. Two weeks later the car starts giving me problems. I take it to a mechanic and there’s several things wrong with it. Now I can’t even drive it without it sounding like it’s going to fall apart. Stay far away from this place. They will sell you anything for a commission. They also have another lot called Speed Auto Sales, make sure you check the reviews there, they are terrible. I bought a SUV from Chui. Customer Services was good. But. but when I got home the alarm went off couldn't turn it off without a the right key , my son got in the car and crunk it up it went off. Got up the next morning it didn't crank. So as I was there I asked her if anything happen can I bring the car back , she said yes in 3 days. But when I said something about it she said we don't do that cause I bought it as is O think she can do that I have done it before.This happen April 28, 2021 the car would not crankApril 28 , 2021.

I was never late on my payment and Terrence came to get the car to take it to the shop and they decided not to rent to me any more they owe me for 2 days and the car was junk. Worst carlot ever!! They are also prejudice, I will be sueing as soon as possible!
