***Update since owner responded*** I did agree with Augusto on how my glass/trim could’ve been cracked/damaged, but the crack and the trim were never damaged until I brought my vehicle in for repair. Augusto said that multiple photos of my car are captured as soon as they check in, but not one photo was shown of the “chip” or pre-existing damage they claimed I had. The only photos Augusto showed and explained to me were photos with the timestamps captured of the crack that were days after I originally brought my car to this shop. My insurance made me take multiple photos and videos of my car right after I was in my collision, and none of those photos show pre-existing damage to my window or trim. Again, I am happy they replaced my window and the tint (only from that window), but I still h

I highly recommend Speed Street Collision for your Tesla repairs. It was so great not to have to go to Charlotte and they helped set up the rental car exchange and also kept me very informed during the process which I highly appreciated. My car looks so good after the repair. They even washed it after!!

Alma, Augusto, and Sal run a top notch place. We've had to use them twice now (2 separate vehicles) thanks to lovely Hit & Runs sustained to our vehicles. Each time, they have been super easy to work with, explain everything in detail, and do all the heavy lifting with the insurance company for maintaining OEM parts, procedures, etc......all the things Insurance tries to say "isn't necessary." They do great work and I highly recommend using them!

After my accident I had to find a repair shop that is licensed to work on Teslas. I found Speed Street Collision through an internet search. I called to confirm they are licensed and they assured they were. I dropped off my car and they started on it quickly. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company to get approval needed to do more repairs than originally planned. When I picked up my car they went over all the repairs and even showed me photos of what they found and what they did. Their workmanship was outstanding. The paint match was spot on ant it was impossible to tell my Tesla was ever in an accident. I highly recommend this repair shop if you are looking for a place to get a quality repair job for your vehicle.
