Needed to take truck in for thermostat or sensor issue( diagnostic needed)…. Made an appointment thru Repair Pal and it was accepted thru app…. Now I show up early 7:45am and upon opening there is no one that knows how to charge the insurance. No one was willing to try….. the manager was not in today so I had 2 employees tell me” I had to wait 2 hours till 10 am for owner or manager approval. No one called repair PAL or logged in to attempt the service repairs….. upon further investigation the last review was 2023 on the platform repair pal. The actin manager said they don’t use repair pal due to time to get paid…. Update on 10/30/25: So, I've been using these guys for a while, and I had been the one taking the car in so everything was fine (as a former racer, I know how much most things cost). This time around my husband had to take the car in, and unlike me, he wasn't a racer and hasn't worked on cars. I told him when he got the oil change to have them take a look at the brakes. They tried to quote him over $500 additional to change JUST the front brakes. That is RIDICULOUS! Luckily, I was smart enough to tell him in advance to refuse if the price was over a certain amount. WORTH THE READ, Update: The other place I ended up going to was very transparent and immediately stated you have 0 amount of oil nothing, i explained I just went to speedee about a week ago how is this even possible. They recommended to go back at let speedee know and i did and they did a "free oil change" the tech apologized and said they probably didn't use enough oil for your type of vehicle (even though i was charged extra for this reason) I got the oil change and the next day it was leaking, i went back for a 3rd time and the tech said let me replace it again. Located off of Capitol Expressway between Starbucks and BofA. Friendly staff. Yolanda is the manager and she is personal, honest and professional. I paid $49.99 for a conventional oil change. Plus I had a $10 coupon. Includes 5 quarts of oil, oil filter and a 17 point inspection. The total was $41.75 w/tax. No waiting. I was in and out in 25 minutes. I did not see hours listed but I asked and they open at 8am and close at 5pm. Sat and Sun hours are similar. - renaygarseeya

This place didn’t do good job and dishonest to customers. On 5/17/24 my car had air cabin filter replaced and the guy said guarantee for 15,000 miles and charged 50 dollars. But only on 12/26/24 after 5,000 miles when I need oil change, they said my car needs a replacement for air filter again ( it’s meant only 7 months to drive and within 5,000 miles) I wonder: did they really replace the air cabin filter for my car on 5/17/2024 or not?
