First of all your manager, I think his name was Cliff was not a great experiences. He was all over the place constantly licking his lips and wiping his nose the whole time we where in the office, like he was on something. We seen and heard him cussing loudly at the employee doing the oil change and was literally in his face aggressively. The girl in the office was more worried about her phone than what the guys outside where asking her to do. The brake service took entirely to long. Everything looks great but the service upfront was poor. Probably won't be coming back.
