I came in for a state inspection on December 1st, the same day the new NC tint law took effect. Randy, the assistant manager, didn’t mention anything ahead of time, and after the inspection he told me the updated tint rules wouldn’t apply until after December 1st. Everything online from the state website and the bill itself shows the law is effective today, so the information didn’t line up. The manager, Charles, stepped in and handled the situation the right way. He pulled up a DMV reference showing the confusing wording in the bill, called the owner to confirm, and verified that the new tint law does take effect today. Once confirmed, he was able to pass the inspection correctly and remove the tint fee according to the new law. I appreciate Charles for taking the time to dig into it, v

I’ve lived in Greenville for almost 6 years and I almost exclusively come here for an oil change. I recently needed to replace the oil filter housing on my Jeep and these guys did a great job. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

We've taken our car to the same place every time, but new to Greenville and came here for the first time. They said the previous place put our oil cap too tight and they broke it while taking it off and it's gonna cost us about $80 to replace. We've never had this problem before. And why are we paying for something they "broke"?? This is so unprofessional and we are not coming back. We are a small business owner and this is bad business, we will not bring them any business and tell everyone.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE LOCATION ON GREEVILLE BLVD! I took my car in for a diagnosis that was $60. I was told I needed a new water pump. I was able to find one for $80 which they were trying to charge me almost $300 for, after the water pump was put on come to find out thats not what I needed. I simply needed two new gaskets that would’ve only cost me $14. When I called them to let them know I was misdiagnosed the manager, Charles was very rude and hung up on me. Save your time, money and sanity! Then I was told my water pump was leaking from the bottom… so please tell me why the liquid I sitting on top of the water pump? 🤦🏼‍♀️😑 I have been told by other auto shops that this location is going down hill since new management took over
