Update 1/30/26: Two months ago, we had a tonneau cover installed and other work done to get the truck ready for winter. Early January they replaced the breaks and recommended we give the car a hot oil treatment to protect against rust and extend the life of the car. It's not a service they provide so they were not attempting to sell unnecessary services to make more money. Then most recently the engine light came on. I called and could come over right away for diagnostics. Four separate appointments and every time the service and friendliness was above and beyond. These guys are humble, honest and thorough. So much better than the overpriced attitude you get at most dealerships.

I was traveling and had a mechanical issue. I asked around and a couple of local people recommended Speedi Automotive. They fit me into a very busy schedule, did an honest diagnostic and then repaired it at a reasonable cost and quickly so I could continue my travels. I highly recommend this shop!

Brought my trailblazer in for service they sent me elsewhere. I was given back my car devoid of oil and my engine blew literally after driving it off their lot. Im pretty sure someone dumped my oil while it was in their hands. A manager later called me after I left this review, understandably angered since this happened years ago. So to be fair; I didnt reach out to try and fix it because I figured I wouldn't have gotten anywhere. I bought a new car. I insisted it wasn't personal. They said it was. 🤷🏿‍♂️ Sorry for the bad review, but that's just my review.

Have used them since we moved to Rutland four years ago. Honest. Excellent service. No yodeling what you don’t need. We don’t bring any vehicle anywhere else. Super people.

I took my car to Speedi due to a strange, intermittent noise that I didn't recognize. Steve, the service adviser, accurately predicted what the noise was from. It was a no cost repair. However, Steve told me that my front brakes were almost 100% worn. I asked when they could get to my brake replacement. Steve said right now! Later Steve showed me the worn brake pads which were paper thin. Everything about my first involvement exceeded my expectations!!! I believe that most repair shops have similar prices, so I will now only take my car to Speedi due to their great service, integrity and competitive prices!!!
