Speedi Carwash

This place falls below the category of adequate. The machines are so bad and worn down that they don’t work properly or don’t even work at all. I don’t know if someone comes out to inspect this place but just because it’s clean and on the nicer side of town does not mean it’s going to be the best…. The buttons were smashed in so badly. I couldn’t even press one to wash my car, but it gladly accepted the money tried to call customer service or the owner of the building and they didn’t answer. This is my last time coming to this place. It sucks because they’re only five minutes away from my house, but I’d rather go 10-15 minutes down the road to somewhere where I can get help immediately.

Sometimes we are surprised. I come here to wash and vacuum my car a lot- and it’s usually an easy experience. Today I had an issue with the vacuum. I looked at the phone number on the machine— frankly I almost didn’t call because I assumed it would go to some non working number. At best I could leave a message … To my pleasant surprise a human answered the phone. And was able to remedy the problem instantly. Nice when cynical expectations are proven wrong. Thank you!!! It makes a big difference.

The self-serve car wash was adequate, but the vacuum setup was a mess. The one I tried did not accept cash or credit. The machine to issue tokens uses credit cards only. It was taped up and looked so sketchy that I could not run my card through it. I try to use small independent businesses, but this one is poorly maintained and operated.

I couldn't add more minutes with the green button but the initial 11 minutes for $8 was plenty of time for me.

Best self service I've been to in town...$8 and then easy to add time as needed. Paying for Vacuums is a bit confusing
