SpeedWash Car Wash

four months and today I cancelled my membership, It's sad to pay so much for such terrible service. Carpet cleaning never works, There are never any clean towels at the stations and you have to go to the offices to get them, the containers always empty and broken, and today a whole side is not working, Too much money for what they offer! And it's not really unlimited. It's only once a day, and that's not unlimited. I don't recommend it to anyone, There are better places nearby. There is no management, only employees.

Always an awesome experience here but what really makes them standout is their employees! Specifically a young man named Eric who always greets us w a smile & is more than happy to help us w/ anything we need! The manager there is also really great!

I’ve been coming here for about 2-3 years now and I’m always pleasantly satisfied with the quality of services I receive both from the cleaning of my vehicle and the pleasant attitudes of the employees but recently I’ve had a pretty rough interaction with I’m assuming a new girl? As I’ve never seen her before until recently but and I don’t mean to be crass but maybe someone should have a conversation about her hygiene I mean this poor girl smells like a sweaty gym locker and old cigars I almost lost my lunch when she walked over to help me with an issue at that kiosk I mean I’m sorry but I assume most places dealing with the general public would have some sort of hygiene stipulation and I’m sorry I really don’t want to pay 19.85 a month for that lack of care. Cost $16 and did worse than the $10 touchless wash down the road. It didn’t even rinse the front of the car and there was residual soap all over the headlights and hood

Had a wash pass for almost 4 years with this place. No real issues. Went this past Saturday and what I can assume was one of the rollers scratched/cracked my windshield. There was no scratch or cracks in my windshield until after I came out of the car wash. Employees even stated they’ve had issues with stuff like this recently. Filed an incident report and 4 days later, didn’t even get a call. Sent an email as well. almost $1200 to replace front windshield. Cancelled my membership and will find somewhere else to go
