Speedwash Car Wash

Unfortunately, I went through the same thing as all the other people who gave bad reviews. The service was terrible. I told the manager that I was paying to have my car washed, not to have it poorly washed. The ratings say it all, and unfortunately, the quality and service have declined significantly. I won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who asks for my opinion.

Unfortunately, this place is not nearly as good as it used to be. A few years ago the price was only $45 for a super clean detail, and they always did a phenomenal job. Prices have climbed to $65 and the quality has drastically diminished. 👎🏼 Update: owner responded that the price was a competitive price.... Which I don't disagree! I have happily paid it many times and for years.... however, the quality of the service is no longer there. They did not vacuum under the front seats, clean the inside of the windows, wipe down the headrest or clean inside the cup holders...

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Went through the car wash like I normally do, and the wiper slammed on the top of my car, breaking the wing on my car. They sent me the video showing it, slamming on my car and breaking it then they say some “we won’t cover Damages” Edit: After getting 3 quotes to fix my car from 2300, 2400, and 900. I was told they still wouldn’t cover it so. I told them I at least want them to cover half of damages so we don’t have to waste time escalating it to small claims. Then Got a call from the regional manager. He said he would gladly pay half of the bill to fix it and he was sorry I had such a bad experience with the company. (Will update review after I actually get check for half of bill)

This is my second visit for interior cleaning at the Bardstown branch. The first time the service was very good, but today the quality was not good enough. Maybe because it was the weekend and they were crowded. It took only about 15 minutes to clean my SUV, and the back seats and carpet were still dusty and dirty. I do have a membership with them and their express service is very good—I’ve left positive reviews about that before. But based on today’s experience, I wouldn’t recommend visiting for interior cleaning on weekends.

This locations tire shine process has not worked since at least December 2025. I have to pull into the building for tire shine to be applied every time I come through the “automatic” car wash. Also, I’m lucky for the brushes actually come into contact with the side of my vehicle to give a good wash. I have the Graphene/most expensive monthly plan.
