I had a very disappointing and costly experience with this shop. After bringing my car in for a routine oil change, I began experiencing serious engine problems. The vehicle started smoking and stalled multiple times on the road, requiring it to be towed back to their location on three separate occasions for inspection. Ultimately, I was told the engine had failed and needed to be replaced. I paid approximately $2,500 for an engine replacement. Unfortunately, just five days later, the car broke down again in the middle of the street and had to be towed back once more. At that point, I was informed that the transmission had failed.
