Speedy's East Ridge Transmission and Total Car Care

Three trips and transmission still not working properly. I'm changing my 1 star rating to 5 star. The owner/manager got involved and repaired the transmission to my satisfaction, he extended the warranty and replaced tire pressure sensor for free. I am 5 star satisfied. Thank you!

I recently took a 2014 Lexus ES 350 to have my transmission replaced. I chose Speedy’s based on the recommendation of a friend. Let me just say they lived up to their reputation and then some. Unbelievable quality of service, quick turnaround given the extensive work my car required, five star communication, clean shop, super knowledgeable and nice people to do business with and very trustworthy as well. I could not possibly recommend a repair shop more than these guys. Google won’t let me give ten stars or I would. My old sedan is running like a NASCAR around the track!

Used the online appointment request. Entered vehicle info and what I needed done. Everything went perfectly. Arrived on time was greeted nicely and given an approximate time for the repair (transmission flush). It was done right on time and no more shudder! Reasonably priced and I didn't have to spend all day trying to figure out how to try doing it myself. I will definitely be back if I ever need this or other vehicle repairs/services. Thanks yall!

Excellent service! My 2009 Ford F-150 was having transmission problems. The staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining I had a transmission leak. They repaired it and had me running in no time!

I had a problem appear in my 2008 Honda Ridgeline that could have been transmission concerns, but it was just battery & alternator. Did a good job, very attentive & communicative with me. Will definitely use again.
