Very Courteous, and very Professional. They were Very thorough in checking all the fluids were full, & air pressure in tires were good. Checked my brake lights and turn signals were working properly so I do not get a ticket or get in an accident. After my complete oil change service my vehicle received a free car wash and cleaning inside and outside. One Stop Shopping!!! I recommend coming here to keep your vehicle running smooth & Safely! Great experience and customer service! I found the prices to be affordable compared to other competitors. I appreciate that the technicians who helped with my oil & filter (inside & outside) change were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and provided several solutions to fit my needs. They explained in detail and showed me exactly what I was getting and I felt very well taken care of. Includes a car wash which is a nice touch. They have a new lifelong customer! I wish I could give this company zero stars—honestly, they don’t even deserve that. I trusted them with a simple oil change, and they didn’t put any oil at all in my car. I ended up driving out of state with my children, completely unaware, and it breaks my heart to think how differently things could have ended if I hadn’t checked and added oil myself. The risk they put us in is unimaginable. When I went back to speak with the manager, suddenly they “found” a leak that they never mentioned before. The way they tried to cover up their mistake felt dishonest and downright disrespectful. I left feeling furious, shaken, and deeply disappointed that a business could treat people this carelessly. It’s absolutely not worth the money. They say full interior wipe down. But they didn’t even do wipe the dashboard properly. The dust layer was still visible on it. I cleaned it with a wipe myself at home. They said the tires would be cleaned but they don’t even try to clean the dirt or suit off of them. I even wiped it with my finger and showed the guy that it went away if we just gave it a firm wipe. There guy just kept saying it was not going away. Worst wipe down. Avoid this place. You could clean your car yourself if you spend 20 mins on a weekend I guess. You could tip yourself for better job than this carwash.
