Nothing but great to things to say about this place. Just recently had some car issues and went to 2 other guys because I was impatient and Spencer’s was booked up, neither guy could put his finger on it and wanted to take the engine apart, Spencer’s was my last hope and they diagnosed it and had it fixed in a few hours for a fair price! Don’t hesitate to get your car worked on here they are THE BEST!

Excellent Service! I recently had my alternator replaced and received fantastic customer service at a honest price. The staff is professional, friendly, and highly experienced. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of car repair.

Recently, our car got wrecked in an attempted theft. Richard came to check our car out, give us an estimate for what probably needed to be done and potential costs and went above and beyond to provide recommendations for other shops for things they couldn't help with. Richard was absolutely fantastic, 10/10 business.

The kind attendant filled two propane tanks for me on a wet, rainy night. It is hard to find a service station that does this in the city (precious few offer the service, and a lot of times they have equipment malfunctions or stolen hoses that prevent them from filling). Anyway, this place is awesome if you need to refill a propane tank around West Seattle, White Center, or Burien! Much better than U Haul!

Spencer's has been in our community since 1962, family owned and operated. That's important to me. My dad brought cars to Spencer's in the 60's, 70's and 80s, my sisters and I still come here for automotive work, gasoline and propane. We are always treated fairly and all work explained in detail and authorized by me before it gets done. I trust Rich Spencer and highly recommend him to my friends. Even if I move I will still make the trip to Spencer's for car repair :)
