Sperry Automotive

I needed new front tires and quickly. I called Jay at 8:30, he ordered them and they arrived quickly. Installed in less than 40 mins while I waited. Great service and great price. Plus I bent his ear on other things going on with my car. I’d highly recommend.

These guys are great!! Honest and great technicians. I’ve had a garage I previously worked with an after a recommendation from a friend I tried Jay and his crew. Since then, they’ve worked on 3 diffrent vehicles for me. I’ve recommended them to friends and even my ex-wife. (Not sure why?::) Had nothing but positive feedback, even from her! I encourage you to give them a try if you need to establish a good relationship with a solid repair shop.

Been dealing with Sperry for over 20 years since he was at Jim’s Custom Exhaust. He’s honest, intelligent and meticulous. There are very few places I would trust to bring one of my automobiles or trucks, Sperry Automotive is my top choice and has been since he opened. I’d encourage anyone to take their vehicle here and take advantage of a true professional operating at a decent price point.

Jay Sperry recently purchased the automotive and towing service from the past owners who had a terrible reputation. Although no one is happy to get their car towed, Jay is a truly nice guy. My wife recently had her car towed; unfortunately, she was parked on private property but had failed to see the "no parking" sign. When we went to the garage the next day to retrieve the vehicle, we fully expected an unpleasant and expensive encounter. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised to meet Jay, who was very accommodating and empathetic. He negotiated a very customer-friendly fee and quickly provided access to our car.

Wanted to try this place out on recommendation of coworker give a local business with a once bad rep a chance but now regret it. Went in for an inspection and failed saying I need a ball joint replaced, $400 job. Got a second opinion from another inspector who said it was fine and passed me no problem. Said the part he described was general, a ball joint, has mutiple parts and said mechanic at sperrys was most likely trying to scam me. Also man inside was very rude and made it seem like I was burdening him when shop was a ghost town. Will definitely not be back
