Spirit Carwash and Mobile1 Express Lube

I have had my car washed and cleaned at this establishment many times over the years. For the most part they do it fairly good job. But almost always the windows will be smudged and streaked when they finish. I think it really depends on who is doing the interior cleaning. Some are better than others. I think they are really pricey for what you get. Just don't expect them to clean it the way you would yourself. I would say they were just about as good as any of the other car washes you would go to but a little priceier.

I’m very happy with the service I received here. They cleaned/detailed my car nicely. I received quality and quick service. The man who helped me was genuine and made our experience here even better. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. They offer a tv to watch, chairs, tables, a snack machine, and a drink machine. You can also get an oil change here. They sell air fresheners for your car, seatbelt covers, steering wheel covers, etc.

Planned to arrive right when they opened at 9am because I knew detailing the car would take some time. Arrived to a sign saying car wash closed. I called and they told me they would open at 9:45am. When I asked for an explanation only response was "we have things to get done this morning before we open"... then arrive earlier. Lost this costumer! You should have updated your social pages to show a delayed opening.

I got the Gold Wash. $35 plus a $10 tip and this is what my car looks like. Not worth the time or money in my personal opinion. Bug guts all over the front and mirrors, terrible streaks on the windshield, not sure what the black marks are on the side, behind the door handles weren’t touched. Haven’t been here since way before the remodel. Probably won’t be back.

Overall good job..BUT there were fine details missed. My ash tray was not cleaned out and my side mirrors were not wiped and the mirror on the passenger side door wash left pushed back which meant when I needed it to change lanes it was available. They were super busy today and on the back end it was backed up with the initial detail process. They actually shut down the washer for about 20 minutes. They were short staffed which wasn’t a big deal because that’s the new normal. The staff was nice and moved quickly. It’s important to me not have to wipe my car down or to fix my mirrors after paying over $40.. and it just hit me, I did get asked what air freshener I wanted… any ways, I hope this makes a difference in that they will be careful to pay attention to detail in the future.
