Some of the negative reviews are simply unbelievable. We've had our vehicle repaired there and so has our son - short wait time in scheduling, vehicles ready on day promised, and honestly vehicles looked better than when they were new. We have zero complaints and have recommended them to many others.

I wish I would have read the reviews before taking my car here. But I wanted to keep my business local. They have had my car for a month now. Between them and my insurance company, (progressive) i cant get answers from anyone. I just need my car finished.

So sad that the customer service has taken a turn for the worse. Had to drop my car off for body work repairs and they didn't have a loaner available. Ok. 4 days later no calls to let me know what's happening, when I can come and get the loaner, when will my car be done, etc. I have had them work on my former Explorer about 5 years ago and the job was perfect so I just assumed I would get the same service this time as well. So disappointed..

Terrible experience, I'd give them zero stars if possible. Rob seems to pick and choose when he wants to work on your vehicle. I've been waiting a month for him to send a supplement to my insurance company to fix an issue that should've been taken care a year ago. And this is even after they had my car over for over 11months. During that time period I received 1 phone call to let me know the status of my car. I would go up there about every 2 weeks and it was just excuse after excuse. Avoid dealing with this place at all cost.

Totally satisfied with the repairs on my vehicle. Was kept in the loop via text, like I asked. All questions answered. Car was ready one day early, a nice surprise! Directions on how long to wait to wash it and wax it. Rob and the ladies at the front desk very helpful & courteous. All around, a really good experience.
