If I could give less I would ! They are slow pricey didn't fix the problem, want us to pay more for a problem they were supposed to fix the first place!I won't recommend to ANYONE!

Had my wife take my vehicle in for a 9:30 appointment. They were going to do an alignment and a tire balance. At the time of this rating she is still there. It is 4:30 in the afternoon. Are you kidding me. She is not happy and neither am I. At most the work needed should have taken 2 hours. I would say Spirit does great work. They should, they had plenty of time. Did not even offer to drive my wife home. Our house is 10 minutes from the dealership. Very frustrated. 😞

Sold my wife the “best” tires they had for her 2018 ford escape. When she got home I looked at them and I would swear they are used. She spent over $900 on them and they look like used take offs. Be careful buying tires from them . She’s now on her third trip to a trie repair place for low tire indicators. I knew we should have shopped at a reputable tire dealer

I just recently filed bankruptcy back in December and was recommend to go here so I did.Brock helped me. The buying experience wasn't bad. When I signed my contract I was told Gap Insurance would be included...fast forward 1 month I got into an accident and my car got totaled. Now the bank is saying I never had Gap insurance. I called Brock to see what's going on. He tells me oh they wouldn't do the deal with Gap Insurance included....but never said anything about that the day I signed or I wouldn't have gotten the vehicle and he knew it. on top of that when I called him to ask him about the gap insurance in my contract he ran my credit for NO reason! and now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report. I feel swindled and bamboozled. Never Again!

Great customer service in the service department. They listened as I explained the issue, and when questions arose during the repair, they came to talk to me about it before progressing. I was treated respectfully.
