I used to like coming here. Just got a brand new car and the first car wash I go is here. The touch free car wash micro scratched the whole car. Can see the swirl patterns and long scratched lines on the door frame. Crazy. Edit: The scratches may have been there before I bought the car. The dealership may have hid it with wax and this car wash brought it in the open.

Got a month subscription and when I tried canceling it didn’t let me. So for the second month I tried going in and something went wrong and all the car wash did was use dryers on my car before washing it and it just froze. And when I tried using it again it didn’t let me.

Despite the signs saying that the $8 Premium wash washes the undercarriage of your car, IT DOES NOT. Came here today on a rainy day with the intent of getting the undercarriage sprayed, chose the cheapest way that has the undercarriage sign on it - and nothing. Still got the car washed but not the undercarriage; the whole reason I came.

Purchased an Extreme car wash of $14.00 with my bank card. Took my money, and the lane that I'm in does not work, and I can't get my refund back. Nobody is here to address the problem. This location is at midway airport location on 63rd/Cicero. I would rate this place as no stars, and the vacuum machines are expensive, dirty, full of trash and breaking down. Worst experience ever and I used to come here years ago. Never again

The manual car washes were good. I just disliked the high pressure soap feature, hardly any soap was released.
