Spirit Service Center - Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Sold me a nice car but within a thousand 1500 miles all of a sudden it needed a new transmission the problems were there when I got the car I just wasn't educated enough to know it if anybody looks up the 9th gear problem on a Jeep renegade it's a known issue I think they knew about it but I'm not sure so my starring is neutral at this point this review is neither good or bad it is neutral

I love this dealership!! They treat you like family… They got me into my dream car! Service department was amazing also when I took it back for its 1st oil change!!! I’ll never go elsewhere! Very friendly and caring people!!! Honest also!!!!

Went there to get a tire fixed and my rim was damaged. They refuse to fix it claiming that the damage could've been there already. I explained to them that was highly impossible because I had picked up my vehicle the day before from getting my rims powered-coated. This took place last Saturday. I left and came right back minutes later to show them after noticing the damage. On Monday, I called, no callback. On Tuesday I showed up to follow up and that was the response I received. I left and once again called to speak to the manager but for some reason manager was nowhere on site, again. My vehicle is over 100K, and I make a good living.
