Spitzie's Harley-Davidson of Albany

Came in for cool bikes and breakfast, had some awesome pancakes. After the pancakes had a casual conversation with Brandon. That turned into looking into some bikes, which turned into a purchase. I will say between Brandon and John, it felt like three guys talking about bikes, not a pending transaction. Open and honest, very low pressure. Since it was the first weekend in January I had no intention to buy a bike. If it became a high pressure situation I would’ve walked away. But since the boys made it a very comfortable and an informative process, I made the deal. I’m happy to be apart of spitzies family. Even with a packed house, everyone on the staff made sure to come over and congratulate me. Yes, I am aware that after a large dollar purchase there’s a level of obligation to shake hands

Amazing staff. Helped my friend and I with a helmet when another local motorcycle store was rude to us. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly. Will definitely be returning for all our Harley and motorcycle needs. Shout out to both Steve's for all your help

Wonderful Experience, Top Notch These guys know what's up period. My wife and I have purchased two bikes from Spitzies in the last month, we couldn't be more pleased and frankly we will be back. Our salesperson Andreas Costa is as knowledgeable as it gets, he makes the process of buying a bike simple and isn't afraid to not only go over each bike you look at with great detail, this guy will move 50 bikes out if that is what it takes to make sure you find the 1 you want, the one that fits you personally. The entire team is helpful and friendly, I highly recommend.

It was great! The bikes were lined up -- inside, in the showroom -- and shiny like very, very large Christmas ornaments. The staff was most helpful and friendly. It's a great place!
