Splash Car Wash

Horrible experience. I paid $160 for a full service car wash. They did a horrible job. Missed basically all the dirt on the exterior of the car as shown in attached pictures. They didn't even try! My sideview mirror is practically obscured. They didn't even lift up the inserts in my console to actually clean the cup holder. Incredibly bad. I would go back and demand a refund but I live out of town and had to go immediately. But Ive told my whole family that are in town how terrible this is.

I had an awesome experience at Splash Car Wash! I want to give a special shoutout to Ever, who went above and beyond detailing my car. He got rid of a stubborn smell that I thought would never leave! The attention to detail was top-notch, and now my car feels brand new. I highly recommend this place—ask for Ever if you want the best service!

Updating my previous review. Got the Superior or Super Shine and detail. Wasn’t planning on the detail yet given the fact I just took my sisters 6 month old puppy to the groomers today and to the vet a few weeks ago, I opted in to getting the detail upon arrival to Splash. I just left without being disappointed. It’s immaculate. Thank you. 5 Stars well deserved.

On Aug 16 at around 5:09 PM, I went in for a Super-Interior Cleaning (no exterior). I paid them $85 and waited about 40 min just for them to not even finish the job and leave the interior with the same spots, dust and dirt that I came in with (these spots & dirt could have EASILY been cleaned off). This is the kind of work that you'll pay $85 for. PLEASE see the photos. They worked like they just wanted to rush out and not care. Even when i told the cashier (the guy outside by the booth), he seemed to be reluctant to address the issue. Also, they told me the shampoo on the seats would "dry in 20 min" and at the time of this review, its been well over 1 hr and its STILL just as wet The only thing they did well was vacuum & clean the door sills. I waited 75 minutes for my car to be washed for $152. While dozens of cars went through the wash ahead of me, they parked my car in the back, trapped by their ridiculously laid out operational flow.
