Splash Car Wash Express

This place is horrible. They spray one side of your car at best . I leave with a dirty car most of the time. Mirrors iced over and snow and ice all over. When they first opened they would brush the back of your car but they quickly stopped that. Photo of the car in front of me leaving

The staff is great, and the location is convenient. I like that there is usually someone there to greet you and see if you need anything before going into the wash, whether or not you're a member. I'm giving four stars, because I feel that there are a few areas of improvement: 1. The vacuum suction is sometimes pretty weak, and recently had one hose come apart as I was vacuuming. It would be great if the suction was always strong so that I don't have to move the car to a different spot to get a better suction. 2. It would be great if the wipes were always there when we need them. The wipes dispensers didn't have any wipes in them for a while until recently, and they only refilled a couple. 3. It would be great to have air detailing/compressed air options that we can utilize, similar to oth

Terrible experience at splash. I was hoping to get a quick wash while my toddler was sleeping. I pulled up and there was an employee at the entrance (come to find out the manager) and I told him I had a sleeping toddler and I whispered. He proceeded by saying “that’s ok” and spoke loudly trying to sell me anything and everything under the sun. I said no at least 4 times (usually companies have a max of 2 nos during the selling process). He ended up waking up my toddler and didn’t respect the fact and move on from selling when I told him I had a sleeping child. For that, will not be returning.

This place just opened up right around the corner from me and I’m really happy with it. Prices are reasonable, everyone was really friendly and they did a great job. Best part: free vacuums. I’ve had so much trouble finding places with vacuums around here that I was thinking I’d have to purchase a car vacuum and now I don’t! My car looks great, thank you 😄
