Splash Car Wash Express

I paid for a car wash and got a chalkboard. This is what my car looked like immediately after leaving Splash Car Wash: dirt smeared across the panels, heavy streaking everywhere, and the brushes somehow managed to write in the grime instead of removing it. The doors literally look worse than before I arrived. A car wash has one basic job: the car should come out clean. Not streaked. Not smeared. Not “needs another wash.” Clean. This felt like I paid for a quick spin with dirty brushes and recycled mud. Total waste of money. I won’t be back.

This photo was taken immediately after leaving Splash Car Wash. I paid for the medium package, and my windshield was still covered in dirt, water spots, and grime. That’s not nitpicking — that’s the one thing a car wash should get right. What makes it worse is that half of the equipment in the tunnel doesn’t even run unless you pay for the top-tier package. You can literally see sprays and features that are shut off while you drive through. So unless you pay the maximum price, you’re getting a watered-down wash that doesn’t actually clean your car. The end result is exactly what you see here: a dirty windshield and the feeling that you got ripped off. The medium package is not a good value, and if your car isn’t clean when you leave, the pricing structure is broken. I won’t be coming back

Great car wash. Chris the manager was nice enough to give me s free upgrade on my service today. I have a monthly plan. Go through every other day. Good rates. Attentive staff

Have had a pretty negative overall experience. Tried to pay cash for salt x and an undercarriage flush add on and the machine gave me my change, showed error, and then the employees pushed me through and I received neither my money back or the add on so paid for. Then, after spending 30 minutes waiting on another occasion, I went through my the car wash and my car was not even slightly washed, just had the dirty soap one of the employees sprayed onto my car prior to the supposed wash. Photos attached Between these experiences, the predatory subscription layout, the difficulty involved in trying to cancel your membership, I can say this is easily one of the worst car washes I’ve been to. We had a membership, after 2 visits where the car wash did'nt recognize our vehicle we called to cancel the membership. Canceling and receiving credit for one month was appreciated. We attempted to go for a one time car wash, waited in a very long line where cars were paying and entering, we paid with a credit card, approached the closed bay and again it wouldn't open..... The last three visits were frustrating. I don't believe we will go again. Follow up. We went back when the manager was there and was helped using the wash by adding a bar code to the Truck to prevent the issue reading the license plate. We were pleased with his knowledge and help taking care of our issue. Very happy - we resigned up for the car wash program.
