Splash Car Wash Express

Been going here for a year now and they still haven't added compressed air. The las two times also didn't utilize the high pressure undercarriage rinse that I paid for. Last time the car wasn't even properly cleaned. It used to be $8 per simple wash, and that was a good deal, now that it's $13, it's not competitive at all.

Is someone who’s not from the area of Broome County He’s never been to one of these car washes before I have the attendant come out and help me finish up the transaction and then I just drive forward into the car wash and there’s nobody there so I just wait for my wheels to get caught on the Little Catcher and cars in neutral. I go car wash does not start at all. Nothing is happening and then as I’m about halfway through I have some rude employee tell me oh yeah cause you didn’t wait for me to be there to start everything for you and to give you the go now you gotta drive back around and do everything again next time you learn to wait like You guys need to maybe put up signage of hay if an employee is not present don’t pull into the car wash because I didn’t know that I was supposed to sit

Manager and Staff are very respectful and accommodating. The vacuums are great and they have a special machine that washes your floor mats. The premium package has kept my car looking top notch. Great location and would recommend to anyone in the area.

I tried to see if this company was better then Hoffmans car washer. I had three vehicles and they wouldn’t give me a wash. So sad and so short sighted. I would have switched but screw that. When you are that cheap. I only wanted to see if that wash was better or not. It could have been more convenient.

This is the second time I have signed up for a monthly pass to make sure all the salt is off my car. I'd forgotten why I did not continue my subscription from the last time and it's because the car wash sucks! How do I go through an automatic car wash, and come out with snow stuck on my hood? My car is somehow dirtier on the hood then it was when I went into the car wash and I have a white car so it's very simple to see. It doesn't do a good job but the people are very nice
