Splash Car Wash Express

I had a problem with there brushes knocking off a trim on my truck and the messed my mirror. I contacted the complaint line and the lady told me the newark business would get back.to me. it's been over 2 months and still no reply. I wont be going back unless they contact me. I don't want my new car having damage because of there brushes not being adjusted. to bad

Just left Splash Car Wash in Newark because I had these gold scratch off tickets and I won a free month. It was not a good experience. The employee scratched all four of my tickets and then the manager came out and said " You're not allowed to do that I'm not giving you any of these winnings " and I said I didn't do it your employee did so he gave me the free month after I expressed my dissatisfaction. What a garbage job they did though there's bird poop on my back window there's streaks of dirt on my hood and my rims look disgusting. Also, some of the vacuums don't suck and there's no sign You just have to move your car. Great Costumer service treated me like family. Even when training the new person everything went smoothly and I ended up signing up.

The conveyor did not stop, car in front did not exit. I was pushed into and bounced off the 2 inch receiver of the vehicle in front of me, twice. Update I was reimbursed for the out-of-pocket to replace the plate bracket and given two free car washes. The staff professional and courteous.

Vacuums are falling apart and barely work. The drier in the wash doesn’t dry very well. I use other locations regularly and sadly this is the one that is closest to home and is poorly maintained.
