Awful job twice now came out looking awful so worried about pumping cars through no pre wash at all. Soap all over my truck still. Dirt all over. Machine wouldn’t give change. Tipped the works rather well both times and they didn’t even spray at all. Pd for top wash and Same jets were spraying same stuff as basic wash the time before. Done going there.

Took my vehicle through today—your tunnel ripped off the driver’s power running board. $1,700 repair. The manager was polite, but the whole thing’s a joke. She marked it ‘no responsibility’—which means corporate will likely just take her word and ghost me. She said the only way anyone higher up reaches out is if they decide to over rule that what she said isn’t true… and she couldn’t give me a number, an email, nothing. I’m supposed to just sit and wait? I recorded five minutes of our talk and she said this has happened at other locations before. They’ve even been told to ‘not allow power running boards to be deployed.’ So you know it’s a problem. Yet your crew—two or three guys hosing me down, guiding me in—didn’t say a word. Extremely helpful when I came for a car wash and my window was stuck and wouldn’t remain closed. Very helpful staff and new a trick of how to click to shut window until we could get to a dealer to figure it out. Thank you Plattsburgh Splash car wash

Quantity over quality describes this place well. They care more about pushing cars through as fast as possible rather than spraying them off at all before going through. As a result, you get a terrible wash job like I did, even paying for the most expensive one, half of the brushes didn’t even touch my truck. Go elsewhere to a locally owned place where they care about the reputation they have.

The car wash tripped circuit breakers, and everything stopped for a few minutes, and because of that I didn't get the wash that I paid $23 for which was the bubble bath which included the hot wax which I also did not get. This was my first time going here and will not be going back!
