Splash Car Wash Express

Travis at Splash Car Wash provided exceptional service. He clearly explained the membership benefits, enrolled me in the program, and introduced me to their Ceramix product. As a longtime morning customer who previously paid $11 for express washes, I've now upgraded to an unlimited monthly membership for a minimal price increase. The facility offers complimentary vacuums, tire air, and microfiber towels for members and wash customers. The express service is remarkably efficient, and the mat cleaning room delivers impressive results. Travis's outstanding assistance warranted an $11 gratuity.

Went for a sinple car wash. The man at the pay station was nice and friendly. Did the 14 dollar wash and when done it was better than when I came in but still some dirt left in the rear of the car. A plus was free vacuums and helps o make it a one stop wash.

One of the worst car washes I’ve ever gotten anywhere!!! First went through and they put me so close to a pickup truck the brushes didn’t even touch my car!!! Then they put it thru again what an awful awful wash!!!! I’ll Make sure to tell people I know, never ever go to this ca wash!!!!! Soap Is still on the car and still dirty look at the pics!!!!

I am writing this review to inform others of my EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and TROUBLING experience at Splash Car Wash located on Mazzeo Drive in Randolph, Massachusetts. As a monthly subscriber to their top-tier wash package, I trusted this facility with my pickup truck, only to have it returned to me with SIGNIFICANT and unacceptable DAMAGES that occurred while my vehicle was on their property. When I attempted to address the situation, I was met with the GENERAL MANAGER, CHRIS, at around 11am, who was NOT only UNHELPFUL but conducted himself in a thoroughly UNPROFESSIONAL manner. He used PROFANE LANGUAGE, was VISIBLY AGITATED, and ULTIMATELY WALKED AWAY FROM ME as I calmly tried to explain what had happened to my vehicle. Great washing packages and pricing. They offer both traditional and touchless options, and now have a ceramic option available at an additional cost, which works exceptionally well. All their staff are very friendly and always very helpful, greeting you with a smile. You can’t ask for much more than that. Be careful when you enter and exit, as there is a dip that you can bottom out on. There was a great 7 AM to 8 PM, which is better than most car washes. Definitely give them a try. You will be satisfied you did.
