Great service! They have a good deal on unlimited washes for 30 days, tons of vacuums and I even got a free interior towel. The kid that helped me was knowledgeable, and polite. My car left shining.

Ordered two physical gift cards off from the website as Christmas gifts. I got no tracking no information on shipping and when I called no one seemed to be able to help. Finally one day they just appeared in my mailbox. When the two gift recipients took them to the local Splash Car Wash neither one of the cards worked. I called and was promised a ticket and a call back within 24 to 48 hours. No call back. The third day after that I called and was transferred to the person who is supposedly taking care of it and was sent to her voicemail with a promise of a call back within 24 to 48 hours. At this point I need to dispute the charge on my credit card as this company gives you the runaround and no one seems to have any solid information to help. Steer clear of any gift cards from this company

Prices should be clearly marked BEFORE there is no way out. You can easily list prices right here on google maps. Prices might be a good deal for locals .. but visitors pay a lot. Starting out fristrated ... then ... Never felt I was on the belt, then a bump, the whole thing shut down ... then an attendant asked if I hit the breaks .. (which is a natural reaction when you hit something. ) "don't do that again" ...again, not from here. Now the car brakes feel off. I will say, hard hard working kids with smiles .. they should not have to field complaints for not showing prices. .

Wonderful Big car wash with many vacuums! Jose was super helpful and accommodating at the window! Member prices reasonable and service was great quality!
