CARE!! The first photo shows my brand new car, less than 400 miles on the meter I've owned it for less than two month. Since its a new car, everyone knows that feeling of dusting off your brand new phone or new item and checking it everyday, so I am very aware if the car had certain scratches or marks or not, also looked back to refer to the first photo. 1/05/2026 - 5:40 P.M ~ 5:50 P.M I went to Flash car wash for a car wash, because my car was bombarded with bird poop and I simply don't have time to clean them by hand and microfiber cloth, which is what I usually do. I asked the worker there if there are chances of scratches or paint damage, he mentioned "I've never heard of anyone complaining, people come with the newest models and luxury cars, no problem" I trusted it and got the wash.

The poor place My tire blew out because of a glass in the vacuum area. I looked for help to clean it up, but the person who works there only came to inspect if my tires were in good condition and said they needed to be changed, as if that justifies them not cleaning and having glass all dirty and trash everywhere.

This car wash is incredibly convenient for quick clean-ups. We often run the car through twice, just to make sure everything is perfectly rinsed, and it still takes only a few minutes. It’s fast, easy to use, and always accessible when you need a quick top-layer wash. If your car just needs a simple refresh on the outside — dust, pollen, rain spots — this place does the job perfectly. It’s not a full deep clean, of course, but for a quick shine and a clean look, it’s definitely reliable and super helpful. I keep coming back because it’s fast, affordable, and always gets the basics done.**

Update: splash will not give you a refund no matter how many times you call, show proof of your case or ask them in person. Do not fall for the “oh call this number and they’ll help you!” It won’t happen! My bank thank goodness took my side in this and gave me my refund though, so all is right now. Extremely disappointed with this detailing! I paid nearly $180 for an interior cleaning, and honestly, I couldn’t even tell what was done. The car still had dog hair everywhere, lingering odors, and dirt in multiple spots. Worst of all, I even found a dog treat under the front seat—how do you even miss that? They claimed they spent over 3 hours on my car, yet what I got looked like a rushed 25-minute job at best. For this price, I expected much more than just a quick vacuum and wipe-down.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My visit at splash car wash today was the worst vehicle was ruined spoke to Milton the manager just to be insulted and cursed at several times he should be re trained on how to de-escalate the problem not make it worst. This is my vehicle after the wash at this dirty location.
