Excellent experience with recent car wash. Stopped going (for decades) to my previous car wash because of new ownership with less service for more money. Splash staff was courteous, thorough, powerwashed the car, hand towel dry for a reasonable price. I will certainly go back. I would only add that I could not find a tip container for the staff.

Everyone wants to feel like a local — recognized with a “Want the usual?” or a knowing smile and a “Welcome back.” Miguel is that guy at Splash Southbury. He makes you feel like a regular. No matter which station he’s working, he goes above and beyond and takes real pride in what he’s doing. The finish station is another highlight. The drying, tire dressing, and attention to the windows are consistently impressive. The team there clearly cares about the details. The reason for my 4-star review instead of 5 is the soap application in the wash tunnel. Other car washes fully coat your vehicle in thick foam. Splash is a great place for oil change and car wash. I brought my car in for an oil change. The technician said that my oil was clean and didn’t need a change. That is integrity. I will be bringing all my cars back. Thank you!
