Splash In

1/4 car wash & terrible customer service! I went today to wash my brand new car and after coming out of the tunnel., I noticed the hood in my car still had marks on it, and the lower portion of my car was still wet on the driver side. On the passenger side, the rims were terribly dirty and the side was also wet. I spoke to the clerk inside. He had me wait for the manager to get back. When I spoke to the manager, he was busy eating his lunch and tried to give me explanations as to why I got half a car wash. Such as “Oh, you must not wash your car too often and that’s because you bought the cheap wash.” I explained to him that portions of the car were dirty and still wet, so obviously it’s not working correctly. I asked him if he could come look at it and he said “ I’m on my lunch.” I u

Too much for poor service. I asked the guy to come back and clean the inside twice. It wasn't done neither times. I'll drive to Crofton for my full service car wash.

Wash my car here yesterday and I feel like I got a brand new car.

Excellent new car wash

It's a regular drive-in car wash; reasonably priced. The brushes got the surface dirt off, but it was not a great job.
