I dis love my wash but I couldn't help but notice how dirty inside your car wash is. It's really nasty and there are green stuff. You have to take care of the area and your machine. Let someone come out even once a month to clean up.

Rinse cycle not working, undercarriage sprayer not working, top roller not working properly. The wash has not been to good lately.

The machine made unusual heavy contact on my vehicle. When I exited, there was a long crack in my windshield. Of course, customers assume the liability at these estalishments and someone can also debate whether it was already forming (it wasn't). So, please stay away until they make the necessary adjustments to their equipment. It clearly needs to be serviced. I, however, can't take the chance again.

It is not worth it to spend your money at this car wash or this chain. If you want or need to get your car washed, you should try to do it yourself, use a brushless car wash, or maybe find a local service to do it for you by hand. It is not worth the time or hassle. Should your vehicle incur any damage, this company will not help you. You will be left to pay for the damages yourself and, like in my case, lose out on the ability to go to work for a few days while getting your vehicle repaired. They will even go out of their way to put the blame on you to add insult to your already frustrating position.
