Splash In

Agree with other review from almost a year ago. The machine doesn’t even touch the hood the windshield, the roof, the rear window or the trunk. I went inside to complain and after much back-and-forth was given a rewash, but the brushes never touched the front or the top of the car only the side brushes work. Do not waste your money go someplace else. as you can see from the picture my windshield is still dirty

Meant to write this review a while back. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not use this car wash if you have a nice vehicle you care about. I Always take precautions like unhooking antennas, etc. . . . The car wash scratched up the roof of my almost brand new car. They gave me a damage claim card for the car wash which was totally pointless. All they do is deny the fact that the design of their brushes will not contain dirt or another abrasive material and therefore impossible to scratch. That’s like saying Pam is 100% guaranteed to make your food not stick every time . . . .

Terrible experience. I paid for a car wash while getting gas. The machine gave no receipt. I went in and explained I needed whatever was necessary for the car wash bc there was no receipt. I was asked what pump I was at. I said I think it was this one. When they gave me the receipt supposedly from the pump it didn't seem like the right total and had a tine stamp of 2 hours earlier. I explained this and they acted like I was crazy for questioning which pump given the receipt not matching. Guys it's not my responsibility to have your machine print receipts not to memorize which pump I am at. You should have solved the problem by giving me a code to go through the car wash. Really bad experience and totally avoidable.

Don’t use. Don’t waste your money. Machine is out of calibration. It doesn’t even wash it. Just barely brushes by your car. Don’t use this car wash.
