Splash In

The phone online does not work. The card reader does not work and it won't take cash. Don't get stuck with cars behind you. Buy wash at pump. I was trapped in my car with no way to contact anyone for 30 minutes today. After unraveling the mess with the help of the drivers behind me I let the attendant know what was wrong and he did not understand me. I have been using this wash for years and very disappointed with customer service. Post a number to call at the wash so this does not happen.

I paid for the ‘The Best’ car wash but It was disappointed. It didn’t really clean my car as you can see in the photos. The bird poop stain didn’t come off at all and there was still some dust residue left. Not recommended if you got bird poop stains on your car.

Splash In car wash left a mixed impression. Overall, the wash does its job, but the service could be improved. The biggest drawback is the lack of card payment options, which is inconvenient and unexpected nowadays. Additionally, when paying with cash, the machine does not give change, which is also frustrating. If these issues were resolved, the experience would be much better. Rating: 3/5.

This is the worst car wash I've ever had in my life. I paid $13 to end up with a ton of dirt on my car, brushes in some places. They just didn’t touch my car and the dirt remained untouched. I want my money back.

The other day after I went to the car wash it started making weird noises and I looked at it and the weather stripping on top had become unglued. To be fair, this isn’t the first time I went. I’d been going consistently every month or two for maybe a total of 5 times. Splash In evaluated my claim and didn’t find anything wrong with their machines. I went to the mechanic and he said the weather stripping was pretty old anyway so I’m not sure I can 100% blame the machines. Just be careful - check your car for any sensitive parts before you go in. I wasn’t aware of mine. If you have weather stripping like this (Honda pilot 2012) maybe avoid. It’s not really this company but perhaps car washes like this in general. Otherwise I love the price.
