Splash N Dash Car Wash - Buellton

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Their car wash damaged my new car. Literally when leaving track their machine jerked my car to the right, into the brick wall on the exit. Denting my hood and side of my new vehicle. Their washing device scratched a long line on my brand new car. Took off paint. When spoke to them they claimed no responsibility. Waiting for video they said would send me. They have cameras. Still waiting to receive video to share with my insurance company.

Needed to vacuum my car. Only takes tokens and the token machine does not work. Also the dollar accepter doesn’t work as well. Disappointing. The lot appears well kept and clean.

Car wash is decent, but if you try to cancel your monthly account they will refuse to talk on location and no one will respond to emails or phone calls. Do not do the monthly "deals".

Bring towels, there were none available to buy, and it is not a spot free rinse!

After a going back and forth trying to find our account and they couldn’t for a long time. Tony took his time with me & finally found our account and got our sticker back. (We lost it due to getting a new windshield) Thank you Tony. Amazing customer service right there.
