SPLASH The Car Wash - Hand Car Wash/ Detail Center/Auto Repair

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I paid for a Mobil 1 oil change, but instead the mechanic used regular Mobil synthetic oil, which is not the same product. When I confronted him, he simply said, “Sir, it’s the same thing,” without even attempting to deny it — likely because I had already taken photos and videos of the oil that was used. On top of that, I waited over 1 hour and 35 minutes, and my vehicle still was not washed as promised. My car was left parked and unattended for more than 20 minutes, seemingly ignored, until I finally had to ask for my keys and leave. This level of dishonesty and poor service is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location.

Very professional! Dropped my car off at noon they was done giving me a deep cleaning interior detail 3-4 hours later plus gave me a free air freshener 😉

Adding the first pic as a reference, I parked my car under a sappy tree and it left my car filthy. I called to ask about prices and services ahead of time and they were super accommodating! I got my front seats deep cleaned (I have fabric, not leather seats), and they vacuumed my whole interior as well as an exterior wash, exactly what I asked for. My car feels brand new and I’m so happy!

These guys are amazing, Thiago is awesome very respectful and kind man. I detailed my car last Sunday and the final result was amazing. I paid $150 for full detailing. This place will be my new go to spot for my car wash. Oh Thiago informed me that he can service my car too and I will surely send to him if I have any problems.

I didn’t hate this place but I didn’t love it either. I am looking for a new car wash since I recently moved into town so I tested this spot out. They seemed to have no order or plan in place for the amount of cars they were getting (or could be lack of employees & space). In total I was there over an hour. Half of which was after the car got washed & I was waiting for someone to attend my car for the next cleaning steps. I was ok with waiting because I rather my car get cleaned thoroughly than rushed but they seemed to be struggling in general, with employees not even agreeing with each other & their next moves.
