Went and paid $14for a car wash didn’t even get the soap off. Never coming back here again! Guess KT will get more of my money.

First, I suggest learning the details of your own business—I was in the standard wash, not the 9’ wash, as you inaccurately claimed. Second, whether it’s 60 seconds or 50 seconds, your dryer is still garbage. My review isn’t the only one to mention the same. If you’re looking for an example of a properly functioning system, I recommend comparing yours to KwikTrip’s. Finally, feedback is an opportunity for improvement, not defensiveness. Your responses are unprofessional and dismissive. Perhaps a Business 101 course at your local technical college would help you better manage customer interactions. Original review was four stars, but I was a passenger in my mom's vehicle. For my own I post my revised review. As stated in many other posts, the dryer was not sufficient. Either was the cleaning. I too can drag my finger across my vehicle and it is dirty. I have a white vehicle so very noticeable. I paid for the $14 wash and I kick myself for not counting the rounds because I swear it wasn't as many stages as advertised. My daughter was so excited for the "lava" round and she had to convince me it must have been the colorful soap. I understand this probably isn't the easiest business as vehicles come in many shapes and sizes. But I drive a crossover SUV and it is clearly dirty after the wash.

I would go here on a regular basis to do laundry. Nice clean laundromat, clean bathroom Only downside sometimes the vending machines are not working properly. Prices on doing laundry are fair and the dryers are good. But I wouldn't leave your clothes there if they are in the dryer. They have a chance to get stolen. Only downside is the vending machines sometimes dont work properly. That car wash works great. It has a good underbody sprayer that gets the car looking great.

Brand new PDQ laserwash 360 plus systems, one bay is standard another is commercial height. Very thorough application of soaps the high pressure rinses are great and do not leave any bugs behind. The cool lighting effects give you something to look at while you wait and the dryers do a very good job with 60 seconds of dry time for the top wash. Prices are pretty standard for car washes in the area with the top wash being $12 as of July 2021. Would stop again.
