I recently bought a truck here! And transmission went out, I called and spoke with the girl upfront, she was not helpful at all and told me they couldn’t do anything about it! Few hours later Miguel called me, asked me what the issue was I told him and he then told me he would try to help me out! And he did he ordered me a transmission and had it delivered to my mechanic.
