Pretty decent car wash I love that. It’s like a all in one place. The only issue I have is with the membership. I wish they had the higher tier in the membership unfortunately, it’s only available in single one time purchases. That’s the only thing that we’re not happy about it but overall it’s very convenient and we like driving through whenever we’re in the area.

today while INSIDE the car wash, on neutral my car rolled into the truck in front of me and hit it! the machine stopped washing, The car in front of me drove off and left straight to vacuum. while I drove out the machine still soapy. No one acknowledged me as I pulled over to address what happen. I walked over to the employee in front leading cars in, telling him what happened and he told me to just go to the office. Went into the office and canceled my membership immediately !! they didn’t even care they were losing a customer or asked if I was OK. I was in the car with my child when this happened. completely terrified the car behind me would rear end me as well. how irresponsible of them do not do anything about that! completely unacceptable!! I will never be going back here again!!

Disappointed with my experience. I paid $10 for the basic wash, but it wasn’t done properly; there was still dirt left on the car afterward. The personnel used hand signals to guide my vehicle that were unusual for Europe/North America, which caused confusion and resulted in damage to my wheel cover. After that, the employee almost yelled at me because I wasn’t understanding what he was saying. The machinery was very noisy, English isn’t my first language, and I had to ask him three times to repeat himself, which didn’t seem to be appreciated. The vacuum area was also very unpleasant: dirty, with lots of litter on the ground. On the positive side, all the tools and products you need to clean your car are available.

did the $15 tunnel wash - quick self service. we were given a microfiber towel to wipe off any water after the wash. parking spots with vacuums, free air and washer fluid too.

I subcribed for $25 monthly car wash. I moved out of state and have been trying to cancel my account with no success. They left no contact information, website not functioning and my bank was unable even to help insisting I should contact the merchant. The merchant did not leave any contact information. Please I need help to cancel my account since I am no longer local and has no need for the services.
