Sport Honda Certified Pre-Owned

I purchased a certified pre owned Accord from Alex Molina a couple months ago. I had a fantastic experience with him and his manager throughout the buying process - no issues with me taking long test drives, asking a lot of questions, and being picky about every little thing I saw. At the end of the day the price was right and I’ve had no issues with the car after almost 10k miles. When I needed a ride early to come pick up the car when it was ready, Alex even offered to personally pick me up and bring me to the dealer on his way in. Fantastic customer service!

I’m extremely frustrated. I DO NOT feel valued at this Honda service location. I wish I could leave negative stars! On August 5th I had an experience in my car on US 50 which required me to have to use my insurance to resolve. A week after dropping my car off, HONDA claimed my car wouldn’t start, so I went to the location and when I tried, my car started without issue. On August 30th Honda released my car with the repair invoice. When I left I noticed the grill was missing from my front bumper and , while driving, my steering wheel vibrates and my car pulls to the left. On the invoice it states a wheel alignment was completed on my vehicle. On September 1st my vehicle wouldn’t start. I got my car about 2 months ago with Elmer and he’s such a great salesman. He broke down what I would be signing and made me feel comfortable when I didn’t know certain information. No games or the run around, just straight forward and I appreciated that. There was a delay in getting my tags and I gave a call and he was just as helpful as when I drove my car off the lot (I got my tags the same day). If you are looking to get a car in the pre-owned department, definitely ask for Elmer!

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the way my sales associate, Elmer Clark, took care of me. He was extremely communicative, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. He was on time for our appointment and really did an excellent job of making the whole buying process smooth, fast, and simple. I will admit to having high expectations when buying a car from a dealer. Elmer did not disappoint. The financial guys were also excellent: fast, detailed, and courteous. My only complaint is that the heavy rubber floor mats that were pictured in the vehicle were not in the vehicle, and nowhere to be found. He was responsive, informative, and down-to-earth, and he made sure that I got the best deal for the car. It felt like I was shopping with a family friend!
