Came to Mike when I bought my Audi, and got a great feeling from him and his team. Fair prices, honest evaluation of the condition of my car. After a break down left me stranded I towed my car to a different shop that I won’t name, but they’ve been around for 35 years. I felt semi confident. BIG MISTAKE. 5000$ later I am back with Mike to make sure the work done elsewhere was up to par, and to find out if the timing gain estimate I got from the other shop was legit. Apparently the other shop didn’t damage my car (too badly, we shall see) although gasoline did end up in my engine oil on their watch. Mike changed my oil to a better viscosity, and reassured me that my motor sounded fine. The other shop was just trying to scare me into more repair, and the timing chain estimate they gave me

Great shop. Forthcoming and let you know exactly whats going on. Issue on a 2012 mini with a airbag warning light after a replacement passenger seat went in. The dealer wanted several hundred dollars just to look at the system and then said any work would be additional to that. S&I were able to diagnose and sort the issue for a quarter or what the dealership wanted to fix the issue. They worked quickly and professionally. A truly top notch establishment.

Annoying vibration above 45MPH. They found the problem and took care of it. Very happy, and I'll take my VW back there for any work.👍

I recently took my 3series in for that dreadful "service engine light" and Mike and Jr. did their magic! I got my baby back the same day!! Thanks again Sports and Imports!!!
