He does a great job detailing. However what if something goes wrong? Pressure washed my engine. It died two miles after leaving. ECM shorted out. Towed to S&R and got a repair bill for $1400. Refused to put it through his insurance. Told me he didn’t want his insurance to go up. Also told me the ECM was in a bad spot on my vehicle. Basically told me it wasn’t his fault. He called a friend at S&R and was given privileged information about my cars history. Only offered me the $300 back I paid for the detailing. I told him to keep the $300 he earned it. Customer Beware! No paperwork or receipts. Would not recommend after my experience. Stuck with a $1400 credit card bill.
The owner made an appointment earlier this week for us to meet him at 9am Sunday, today. We were on the way there when I received an instant message that he was running a little late. He says he would be no more than 20 minutes late. We were there on time at 9am and were just leaving the location at almost 9:30am when he finally pulled in as we were about to leave. We've never done business with him before and this is our first impression of his business. He says he was DJing last night and knew it was "going to be a challenge this morning at 9am", which I responded that it would have been common courtesy then to change the time for us to meet to a later time like 9:30a or 10am. How about considering the customers time? This would have been the responsible and considerate thing to do if yo
Brought my scratched up black pearl ram to Spot On to have the scratches and buffer trails buffed out. Wow this guy Nailed it! The truck looked better than show room when he was done, great job!!!
I highly recommend spot on! He not only fit me in on short notice. His price is well worth it. He made my car look like new and did amazing! Thank you so much and will definitely be back!
Was on time for appointment did take him a while but appreciate the time he but into the interior of my car it was pretty messy in the inside eric made it look like a brand new interior thank you
