This is the worst Car Wash I ever been in they don’t clean your car. They clean your car with dirty towels. It’s like you go there for nothing you give them money for nothing. I pay for a service for them to clean my car vacuum my car they don’t clean my car and they’re very irresponsible I went to the secretary and told her what’s going on with my car and she call someone and that person just opened the doors of my car and I explained him what’s going on. He don’t even say anything. He don’t do anything. He just close the doors and go to another car you know what is fine thank you for your big help I said and I left this is not the first time this happened but I give them a chance but noo never came back

Paid $70 for a car wash and experienced extremely unprofessional behavior from the owner. When a car got stuck on the conveyor belt, I advised another customer to call the police for an insurance report. The owner became angry, yelled continuously, and acted in a confrontational and intimidating manner. Very disappointing experience.

Went to this location today, January 4, 2026 what a way to start the new year off went to This car wash in Uniondale to get my car cleaned we had some bad weather previous days and the past weeks with snow they clean the car properly, but I noticed when I went to get into the car it was not vacuumed properly which was the driver side. I immediately called the lady over who has the eyeglasses on which I believe she is the owner or manager I said to her what happened you didn’t vacuum the car correctly her response immediately was you don’t have to yell at me and I immediately responded back to her like, what are you talking about Lady? I’m not yelling. I’m telling you. It’s a problem. Apparently she was upset that I called her out on the mistake that they made. She immediately walked away f
