Spring Grove Car Wash

I used the pet cleaning part on the machine. It says Five dollars for eight minutes I actually accidentally pushed the button at four minutes and it charged me $10.60 I swiped my card again to finish the job of cleaning my dog I used it for 15 minutes. It charged me another $10.60 when I looked at my bank statement it charged me $21.20 two times I don’t recommend this place at all. It’s a rip off and they have no phone number to call the number that’s Online is a fax number. Guess I’ll call the Better Business Bureau.

If I could give it a zero i would, I've used the auto car wash and my vehicle looked worse than when I started. Went home and washed it by hand. I have been a customer since it first opened and it has gone down hill

I paid $14 for the high end automatic carwash and it stopped working a quarter of the way through. Then I had to spend another $6 at the self wash bay to finish the job and my car still looks like it wasn't washed, even after using the scrubby brush.

All car washes have mechanical issues from time to time, this is the only place that I have received a follow up or refund from the owner. All you have to do is take the time to report it. Most of the time this place upkeep is pretty good and issues are very seldom. I frequently use this business and have no complaints. Sometimes a little patience goes a long way.
