After my husband moved here 2 weeks ago, it is easy to see why so many people give Spring Mill Pointe 5 stars. Finding the best possible home for a loved one is a big job. The staff at Spring Mill Pointe are very caring and capable, including not just the nursing staff, but also maintenance and management as well. The facility is well-cared for, clean in every location inside and out, and I walked around it a lot to see for myself before I chose it. It is small enough not to lose its personal touch for each resident from what I can tell so far, and did not have the "corporate" feel of other places I looked at. I recently moved my mother into Spring Mill Pointe (approximately one month ago) & couldn’t be happier with our family’s decision thus far. From our initial impression- the warm & spacious light-filled atrium entry, welcoming dining room & beautiful common spaces, to the abundance of activities for residents, this community far exceeds any other community we considered (approximately 15+). Above all however, the staff has been absolutely top-notch and is this community’s biggest asset! I’d looked at so many other communities, agonizing over the small details, pricing, staffing levels and location etc. It was all very overwhelming. We’ve had a great experience at SMP for my grandmother. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring, which has given our family a lot of peace of mind. She really enjoys the food and looks forward to the daily activities, which keep her engaged and happy. We’re very grateful for the supportive environment they provide.

Spring Mill Pointe (SMP) provides excellent, comprehensive care and services for independent, personal care (assisted living) and memory care living. I researched 14 life communities/assisted living communities within the Philadelphia area for my parents and my family and I were extremely impressed with everything SMP had to offer; therefore, we chose SMP for my parents next steps. Incredible community! You can really feel the “heart” from this place - the team there is compassionate, authentic and actually cares. The residents are engaging and it surprised me what a great sense of humor they have! If I could give 10 stars I would.
