Had a Great first time experience. I typically go to the dealership. Springdale is only half a mile from work ,so I thought I would try it. Very pleased. I needed rear brakes, rotors and calipers. They kept you very "in tune". Sent pics of my actual worn brakes etc and sent pricing. Constant contact. I thought they were fair on pricing. I will be back!

Sometimes the repair isn’t a slam dunk. This time it wasn’t, but the guys at Springdale stuck with it and handled it like the pros that they are. If it’s not right, they make it right. They earned my business. Based on integrity alone, I highly recommend them. But they also know what they’re doing.

Made my appt. online; very easy. Had multiple things done on my car, and they only had it for ONE day. That’s fast service! Also, love the thorough examination of my car and the texted vehicle report. Would HIGHLY recommend taking your car there.

I hate having to do this, but after multiple times dealing with this location and the Brownsboro Road location, I won't be returning and feel the need to tell my story. The Brownsboro location messed up an injection cleaning I paid them to perform and it took a week for them to get it fixed. They gave me a loaner at least, but the end result was that my check engine light gave a converter issue that would cost a couple thousand to fix, but it wouldn't hurt the car to not do it they said. But the check engine light being on all the time keeps my remote start from functioning. Strike 1 The Taylorsville location I took my Navigator to for a few issues, AC, spark plugs, and multiple other minor upkeep things. They quoted me $6500. Very high but I thought well at least someone good is working

Springdale did a great job and explained all repairs that were necessary to me beforehand and also provided pictures of my car. They have always treated me with respect and I never feel like they are trying to get me to pay for things that aren't necessary.
